Girls House League
The 2011/2012 HL season begins Oct 2011 and runs to Feb 2012.
Registration is online ONLY - via the quickenrollment link in the "Register" section of our website. ** Playoffs are now underway .. scroll down to Standings & Schedules for details**. * The girls house league program welcomes girls from ages 8 to 18. The goals of the program are to encourage skills development, teamwork, good sportsmanship and FUN. The philosophy of girls house league is equal playing time for all players.
Over 300 girls competed across four age groups in the 2010-2011 season. The teams were ably coached by our volunteers, demonstrating good teamwork and competitive fun. We would like to thank all coaches, league convenors as well as site convenors.
This season (2011-2012) we offer girls house league programs in the following age groups:

Season Play
Our house league program runs on Saturdays from early-Oct to mid-Feb.
Midget/Juvenile (girls born in 1994/1995/1996/1997). Regular season games are underway ! Major Bantam (1998) / Bantam (1999). Regular season games are underway ! Major Atom (2000) / Atom (2001). Regular season games are underway ! Novice (2002 & 2003). Regular season games begin on Sat Oct 29. If you are unsure which team you are on - don't worry - simply show up at the usual start time of 12noon and you will be informed then. Remaining dates (as of Dec11) for this season are Dec17, Jan07, Jan14, Jan21, Jan28, Feb04 (playoffs) and Feb11 (playoffs). Team Photo Day is SATURDAY NOVEMBER 12 Team Photo Day is now set for SATURDAY NOVEMBER 12 - for the Novice, Atom, Major Atom, Bantam and Major Bantam House League divisions. (There will be no team photos for Midget and older divisions). Team photos will be taken just before (or just after) the scheduled game for each team. Please show up early and be prepared to stay slightly late. NOTE: There are no "make up" dates. Team photos are provided at no charge as part of a player's registration fee. In addition, there is an opportunity to have INDIVIDUAL photos taken for an ADDITIONAL change. Packages with options, prices, etc will be handed out the week before the indicated date (as well as "the day of"). Stephen Eisen Award
In order to honour Stephen Eisen's special contribution to girls' basketball, a player from each girls' division is awarded a plaque in his memory. Stephen - a parent and coach - passed away suddenly in November of 2000. In each division, coaches nominate girls who best exemplified the "inspirational" qualities of enthusiasm, team spirit and love of the game.
Registration
Fees for the 2011/2012 season have been set at $200 CAD.
Refunds: As specified in NTBA's online registration process, there are no refunds after Sat Oct 1 2011. A $50 administrative fee will be charged on refunds processed prior to Sat Oct 1 2011.

Girls Rep Teams
The North Toronto Basketball Association will have a girls rep team at most age groups for players who wish to participate at a more competitive level. For more information about our girls rep program, please email David Wright at dwright@agorainc.com.
Boston Pizza (40 Eglinton Ave E) "Team Rewards" Program What is the TEAM REWARDS program? The Boston Pizza at Yonge & Eglinton has teamed up with the North Toronto Basketball Association to help raise funds for our program. The Boston Pizza at Yonge & Eglinton will donate 10% of the pre-tax food sales portion of your meals to the NTBA. How does the TEAM REWARDS program work? Every time a player, friend or family from the NTBA visits Boston Pizza at Yonge & Eglinton, they can place their receipt into the sponsorship box at the front of the restaurant. Be sure to write "North Toronto Basketball Association" onto the receipt. This offer is not limited to the friends and family of the organization. Anyone who wishes to support the organization dining at Boston Pizza can donate his or her receipts to the box as well. The TEAM REWARDS program allows our players, family and friends a great way to enjoy delicious food while at the same time helping to raise money for the NTBA!
